I’ve been trying to incorporate more vibrant colors into my wardrobe, but for some reason I find myself reverting back to what I call “the basics”. Meaning, that normally if the item is either black, white, denim, or leopard-it immediately catches my eye. So true to form, while perusing through Banana Republic a few months back, I was drawn to this dress. Right away, it checked 3 important blocks… #1-it was on sale, #2-it was a maxi dress, and #3-it was a leopard print! Winning!! So, of course it went home with me and I finally wore it to a friend’s 50th birthday party celebration.
This dress is really comfortable and feminine. It has an elastic waist, pockets and an attached tie at the neck. What are your staple wardrobe basics? Leave your comments below and enjoy your week!
